Role Overview: The Supporter Liaison Assistant will support the Fan Engagement & Supporter Liaison Officer and the Corporate Affairs team. This position involves planning and delivering matchday and non-matchday events, serving as a point of contact for supporters at the Gtech Community Stadium, with some evening and matchday work required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to fan-related inquiries in the Supporter Services and Accessibility inboxes.
- Serve as a point of contact for supporters, managing queries, issues, and complaints.
- Facilitate working groups and fan meetings to enhance communication and relationships.
- Support matchday activities ensuring a welcoming environment for all fans.
- Assist with fan parking, away coach travel, and support for fans needing additional assistance.
- Adhere to safeguarding protocols in matchday operations.
- Communicate effectively with visiting teams regarding supporter-related information.
- Provide administrative support to the Fan and Community Relations team as needed.
- Contribute to other fan events and projects throughout the season.

Person Specification – Essential Characteristics:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- A collaborative mindset, contributing positively to team dynamics.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and evenings.
Desirable Characteristics:
- An interest in football with event planning experience.
- Knowledge of the local area.
