Shift Leader, Internal Role

Overview

This role is INTERNAL ONLY and at present ISS Facility Services is not accepting external applications. The Shift Leader will be instrumental in fostering the team behaviors necessary to deliver exceptional results, helping ISS Integrated Solutions maintain its status as a leader in the industry while building a strong reputation with the client.

Job Description

You will ensure strict adherence to Health and Safety protocols at all times, demonstrating responsiveness, cooperation, and efficiency in completing assigned tasks as part of a cohesive team focused on high-level service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) in accordance with set schedules.
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.
• Maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plant.
• Respond promptly to electrically related reactive maintenance issues.
• Conduct technical surveys of services and systems, reporting findings to the Engineering Shift Manager.
• Coordinate actions associated with client requests and follow up on necessary actions.
• Participate in reviewing and implementing new techniques to enhance service delivery.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications:

• Experience in the FM/premises/property industry.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to provide detailed reports.
• Experience in managing service providers and internal teams.
• Ability to maintain client and supplier relationships effectively.
