Service Manager

Overview

Registered Service Managers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people Voyage Care support are at the heart of Voyage Care's management teams. Voyage Care’re currently searching for a fantastic Registered Service Manager to join Voyage Care in leading Voyage Care's residential service in Market Deeping. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the service(s).
• Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
• Conduct care needs assessments.
• Recruit and induct new colleagues.
• Complete supervisions/appraisals.
• Complete medication competencies and medication audits.
• Attend multi-disciplinary meetings.
• Complete quarterly audits and reports.
• Effectively manage the services P&L.
• Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal and contractual requirements are met.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a CQC registered manager in a care management role.
• Willingness to undertake CQC registration.
• Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
• Experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and other complex needs.
