Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating the assessment and delivery of care to children and young people with a range of care needs within a 24/7 service.
• Providing effective evidence-based, high quality care for patients.
• Working closely with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Developing or maintaining enhanced clinical skills such as paediatric venepuncture and cannulation.
• Providing clinical and leadership support to a team of sisters and senior sister.
• Supporting junior staff and students.
