Specialist Podiatrist

Overview

NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and innovative team player to join NELFT North East London Foundation Trust's friendly Podiatry team within NELFT, providing services to a high-risk, multi-cultural population across Waltham Forest and Redbridge.

Main Duties

Your clinical work will be across community and domiciliary settings, and a car is essential. You will be responsible for treatment planning for foot complications associated with diabetes and vascular conditions.

• Provide clinical podiatric care to high-risk patients
• Utilize innovative technology, including MolecuLight i:X
• Engage in continuous professional development and training initiatives
• Collaborate with other healthcare teams for improved patient care

Person Specification

Qualifications

• BSc Diploma/Degree in Podiatric Medicine
• Registration with HCPC
• Prescription only medicines certificate

Experience

• Minimum 1 year in the community as a podiatrist
• Experience in governance and multi-agency working

Skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
