Overview

Publove @ The Rose and Crown is looking for a supervisor to join Publove @ The Rose and Crown's team at Publove @ The Rose and Crown's busy pub, kitchen & backpackers hostel in London Bridge.

Job Responsibilities

As a supervisor, you will:

• Oversee daily operations and staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing support.

Requirements

Previous bar experience is required for this role but supervisory experience is not essential. Key qualifications include:

• A solid background in a bar environment.
• A positive attitude.
• A willingness to contribute as part of the team.

Working Hours

Publove @ The Rose and Crown offer flexible scheduling options:

• 8 hour shifts.
• Weekend availability.
• Day and night shifts available.

Salary and Benefits

The pay for this position is:

• £12.25 per hour.
