Senior Play Worker

Overview

eTeach UK Limited is seeking to recruit an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Level 3 Playwork qualified Senior Playworker to work in the established After School Club, Severn Care Club, which is CIW registered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an enriched, effective, flexible, and stimulating play environment.
• Oversee planning for children and young people’s play.
• Manage effective risk benefit systems.
• Ensure compliance with day-care regulations and National Minimum Standards.
• Supervise paid and voluntary Playworkers.
• Liaise with relevant statutory and non-statutory agencies.
• Maintain accurate records.

Salary and Benefits

Grade 4 £23,893 to £25,979 FTE Pro Rata based on hours worked.

Working Hours

17.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, term time only (2.30pm-6pm).

Requirements

• Level 3 Playwork qualification.
• Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
