Pay: £7.10 - £11.55 per hour.

Dunelm's store in Belfast is looking for a minimum of 30 hours per week Sales Assistant to join Dunelm until February 2025. You will need to be fully flexible over the course of the week. The hours will be spread across the week but will include at least one evening and a Saturday or Sunday shift.

What You'll Be Doing

The role involves being trained in all aspects of customer-facing store life:

• Tills: Serving customers with purchases or returns and ensuring all items are complete and fragile items are packed securely.
• Shop Floor: Assisting customers in finding products and providing excellent service to create loyalty and a genuine love for Dunelm's products.
• Hosting: Using Dunelm's iPad systems to order products for delivery, providing a fantastic Made To Measure service for bespoke curtains and blinds.
• Stock and Delivery: A physical role that includes merchandising, price changes, recovering the store after a busy day, checking stock control, and replenishing shop-floor items.
