Dunelm is looking for a Seasonal Sales Assistant in Thurrock, offering a competitive pay rate of £7.37 to £12.05 per hour. The role requires a minimum of 16 hours per week, with shifts available from September 2024 until February 2025. Flexibility is essential, with at least one evening and a weekend shift included in the schedule.
Job Responsibilities
The Seasonal Sales Assistant will be trained in all aspects of customer-facing store operations, including:
- Tills: Serve customers with purchases and returns, ensuring all items are complete and securely packed.
- Shop Floor: Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent service to maintain customer loyalty.
- Hosting: Utilize iPad systems to order products not available in-store and provide tailored Made To Measure services.
- Stock and Delivery: Participate in merchandising, stock control, and shop-floor replenishment, ensuring a tidy store while focusing on customer needs.
