Dunelm, a leading homeware retailer, is looking for a Seasonal Sales Assistant in Newtownabbey, offering a pay rate of £6.72 to £11.44 per hour.

The store is seeking a dedicated Sales Assistant to join the team from September 2024 until February 2025. This role requires a minimum commitment of 24 hours per week with flexible hours, including at least one evening and a weekend shift.

What you'll be doing

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Tills: Serving customers with purchases or returns and ensuring fragile items are packed securely.
  • Shop Floor: Assisting customers in finding products and providing excellent service to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Hosting: Using iPad systems to order products for customers, offering bespoke services for curtains and blinds, and styling departments for customer engagement.
  • Stock and Delivery: Engaging in merchandising, stock control, and shop-floor replenishment while prioritizing customer needs.
