Overview

Footasylum is hiring for Seasonal Sales Assistants to join one of Footasylum's exciting stores based in Dundee.

This is a temporary position working part-time hours, contracted to 8 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during December.

The Role:

Sales Assistants are the heartbeat of Footasylum's business. Footasylum’re seeking passionate team members who are enthusiastic about showcasing Footasylum's diverse products and providing exceptional service to Footasylum's customers. Your primary objective is to help create the best shopping experience for Footasylum's guests.

You’ll DEFY ORDINARY by:

• Asking insightful questions to understand each customer’s needs.
• Showcasing Footasylum's products with style, piecing together sets, accessories, and add-ons.
• Providing a first-class shopping experience through your exceptional service, attitude, and behaviours.

From day one, you will receive in-depth training on Footasylum's products, including their specifications, fabric durability, care, and best product companions, making you a well-rounded Footasylum Ambassador.

Footasylum is looking for outgoing individuals with a friendly, can-do attitude. You must be positive, approachable, and able to engage customers in enthusiastic conversations.

• Become a PRO on all Footasylum's products, helping customers make perfect choices.
• Provide expert product knowledge and advice.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet store targets and maintain a fun atmosphere.
• Keep the store clean and visually appealing.
• Dive into training sessions enthusiastically to grow personally and professionally.
• Stay updated with current trends and product knowledge.
• Handle transactions with a smile, ensuring every purchase is a perfect ending to the shopping experience.
• Address customer questions and resolve issues to ensure genuine care.
