Position: Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Location: Telford, Shropshire

Salary: Circa £26,000 - £29,000 depending on your language skills

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
• Liaise extensively with internal teams to resolve customer queries.
• Assist in managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Required

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
