Pay Rate starting at: £12.57ph + Enhancements
Contract: 37.5 hours per week
Typical Shifts:
- 7:00 - 14:30
- 13:30 - 21:00
On a rota basis Monday to Sunday.

Voyage Care’re currently searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to join Voyage Care in leading Voyage Care's residential service in Peel House Melksham. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!
As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include:
- Allocating shifts.
- Booking in training.
- Inducting new colleagues.
- Supporting with supervisions.
- Ordering medication.
- Ensuring the people Voyage Care support manage their finances.

Voyage Care’re interested in Voyage Care's Senior Support Workers having both the right experience and values. At this service, Voyage Care's Seniors should have previous experience as a Senior Support Worker and a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, along with experience working with individuals with autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviours.
