Summary

As a Senior Support Worker in Midsomer Norton, you will be instrumental in enhancing the quality of life for those Voyage Care support. Typical shifts are Monday - Sunday, 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, and night shifts as required.

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: £12.78

Responsibilities:

• Support individuals in gaining independence in daily life.
• Assist the Manager with daily supervision and management.
• Allocate shifts, book training, and induct new colleagues.
• Support with supervision and ordering medication.
• Help individuals manage their finances.
