Summary
As a Senior Support Worker in Titchfield, your role is crucial in helping individuals gain more independence in their daily lives. You will assist the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the residential service. This includes:
- Allocating shifts
- Booking in training
- Inducting new colleagues
- Supporting with supervisions
- Ordering medication
- Helping individuals manage their finances
Your commitment to enhancing the quality of life for the people you support is essential. Typical shifts are from 8:00am to 8:00pm, working on a rota that includes every other weekend and a 4-hour off rota shift per week.
Responsibilities:
- Leading and supporting a dynamic team
- Providing day-to-day support to residents
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals
Salary and Benefits:
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour (Ts & Cs apply)

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Experience working with individuals with autism and learning difficulties
- Experience with complex mental health needs and challenging behaviours
