About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include:
- Allocating shifts
- Booking in training
- Inducting new colleagues
- Supporting with supervisions
- Ordering medication
- Assisting individuals in managing their finances

Experience and Qualifications
Voyage Care is looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
- Level 2 in Health & Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours
