About the Role

As a Senior Support Worker, you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives while assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and management of the service. Responsibilities include:

• Allocating shifts
• Booking in training
• Inducting new colleagues
• Supporting with supervisions
• Ordering medication
• Assisting individuals in managing their finances

Experience and Qualifications

Voyage Care is looking for candidates with:

• Previous experience as a Senior Support Worker
• Level 2 in Health & Social Care
• Experience working with individuals with autism, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours
