Exciting Opportunity: SEND Teaching Assistant Needed!

Are you passionate about making a real impact? This role supports students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in a way that truly matters.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis to help them reach their goals.
• Adapting lessons with the lead teacher to ensure accessibility for every student.
• Developing social and communication skills with students needing extra guidance.
• Implementing Individual Education Plans and strategies for each child’s progress.
• Encouraging independence and building confidence in a safe, supportive environment.
• Tracking progress and providing feedback to the team.
• Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• TA Qualification or experience supporting SEND students is a plus.
• A genuine passion for helping others.
• Creativity and adaptability are key.

Additional Information:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 15:30
• Salary: £90 - £100 a day based on experience.
