Overview

Typical Shifts are:

• Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 20:00 working 2 or 3 shifts a week including some weekends

As a support worker with Voyage Care, you'll be helping people gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Voyage Care's supported living service in Midsomer Norton is a welcoming and friendly environment, and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people Voyage Care support by:

• Teaching them new life skills
• Assisting with personal care
• Encouraging them to access their local communities
• Socialising and doing lots of activities

One day you could be out with the people Voyage Care support visiting the zoo or swimming in the local community pool, the next you could be unwinding with them, teaching them to cook, watching films, or going to the cinema.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference in someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.
