Summary
As a Support Worker in Eastleigh, your role will include typical shifts from 7:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, and 7:00am - 10:00pm, working on a rota that includes every other weekend.
In this role, you will:
- Help individuals gain independence in their daily lives.
- Teach new life skills and assist with personal care.
- Encourage socialization and community engagement.
- Engage in various activities, including outings to local cafes or cinemas.
Responsibilities:
- Enhancing the quality of life for the individuals Voyage Care support.
- Working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
- Providing compassionate and hands-on support.
Salary and Benefits:
- Enhanced evening and weekend pay: additional 50p per hour.
- Premium overtime rates: additional £1 per hour.
