Support Worker

Overview

Summary

As a Support Worker in Eastleigh, your role will include typical shifts from 7:00am - 2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, and 7:00am - 10:00pm, working on a rota that includes every other weekend.

In this role, you will:

• Help individuals gain independence in their daily lives.
• Teach new life skills and assist with personal care.
• Encourage socialization and community engagement.
• Engage in various activities, including outings to local cafes or cinemas.

Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the quality of life for the individuals Voyage Care support.
• Working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
• Providing compassionate and hands-on support.

Salary and Benefits:

• Enhanced evening and weekend pay: additional 50p per hour.
• Premium overtime rates: additional £1 per hour.
