Voyage Care’re on the hunt for genuinely caring, hands-on Female Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people Voyage Care support. As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, while working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Voyage Care's 514 Arnold Road residential service in Bestwood is a welcoming and friendly environment, ensuring that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people Voyage Care support by:

  • Teaching new life skills
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Encouraging access to local communities
  • Socialising and engaging in various activities

Voyage Care support ten adults with learning disabilities and associated physical disabilities, encouraging each individual to continue, develop, and experience a wide range of activities with full support. Voyage Care have links with the local community as well as with specialist services in the area, allowing for activities like hydrotherapy and sensory experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference in someone's life, helping them grow in confidence and independence to achieve their personal goals, whether that's making dinner independently or going on holiday.
