As a Support Worker, you'll be joining a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for the individuals Voyage Care support. Your role is crucial in helping people gain more independence in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Support individuals in accessing their local community and engaging in social activities.
- Assist with daily living tasks to promote independence.
- Encourage participation in recreational activities such as:
- Bowling
- Meals Out
- Cinema
- Garden Centers
- Shopping Trips
- Holidays
Shifts
Shifts will vary, including:
- 7am - 14:30
- 14:30 - 22:00
- Sleep-ins and outreach shifts from 8am - 18:00
Salary and Benefits
Voyage Care offer competitive pay rates starting from £11.57 per hour, with additional compensation for sleep-ins (£73.89) and enhanced pay for evening and weekend shifts (+50p per hour). Premium overtime rates are also available (+£1 per hour).
