About the Role:

Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a full-time Team Administrator to join Gloucestershire County Council's friendly and supportive administration team at the Tewkesbury Locality Team, based in Tewkesbury Borough Council Offices. As a Team Administrator, you will provide efficient clerical and administration services for Gloucestershire County Council's Adult Social Care Team, assisting in delivering comprehensive support that meets the needs of Gloucestershire County Council's wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Adult Social Care Team.
  • Maintain efficient clerical processes and assist with daily operations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and members of the public.
  • Utilize the Liquid Logic system (training will be provided).

About You:

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, with some experience in a busy office environment. Competence in Microsoft Office is essential, as you will be taking calls and interacting with the public, necessitating a professional telephone manner.
