East Sussex County Council is looking for a special person who will bring fresh ideas, professionalism, and energy to East Sussex County Council's service. Being a car driver with access to a car is essential for the role.

Role Overview

The Teaching and Learning Provision supports young people with medical needs by providing a short-term package of education for children who are too sick to attend school. The practitioner role supports children in the home, community, teaching centre, or school to successfully reintegrate back to school by designing a return-to-school plan and supporting the learning of the children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement return-to-school plans.
  • Support the learning and development of children in various settings.
  • Work collaboratively with families and other professionals.

Work Pattern

This is a term-time only position, Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM. The approximate salary for this part-time role is £18,038 per annum.
