Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for pupils with additional needs.
• Engage with children in a calm, innovative and resourceful manner.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and caregivers.
• Work collaboratively within the team and use initiative when needed.

Work Pattern

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 3:10 PM, with a half-hour unpaid lunch break. Paid lunch times are from 12 PM to 1 PM as a Midday Supervisory Assistant at £22,366 FTE.

• Passion for working with children and supporting their learning journey.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and positive about supporting children's development.
• Willingness to undertake additional training.
