Overview

We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy Transport department based in our Avonmouth out base as a . Working pattern 4 on 4 off shifts on Nights.

How you will spend your time:

Daily license checks ensuring drivers adhere to Road transport legislation
Ensure all fleet resources are available and on time and all delays and incidents are recorded
Driver brief and de-briefing as well as data entry of statistics, reports and KPI'S
Build and maintain a strong partnership with the transport functions and drivers to ensure regular communication is delivered
Daily download of driver digi card to be conducted
Ensure all aspects of administration within the department are kept up to date
Report all accidents and incidents and follow up as required
Ensure fleet is made available for service and MOT as required and kept in a clean and tidy condition
All defects are raised and cleared in an effective manner
Oversee day to day tasks and deal with issues in an efficient manner
