Overview

Truckforce (part of Goodyear Tyres UK) is seeking enthusiastic Trainee Commercial Tyre Fitters to join TruckForce's growing business! With 13 hubs across the UK, TruckForce have vacancies for various locations.

TruckForce provide comprehensive training, enabling TruckForce's technicians to gain hands-on experience and a C&G certificate in Roadside Breakdowns and Bus and Truck Tyre Fitting.

In addition to a competitive base salary, you have the opportunity to increase your earnings through call outs and overtime, typically resulting in total earnings between £30,000 and £35,000. You will also be provided with market-leading equipment, your own van, and the best health and safety procedures and training, all fully funded!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver a comprehensive service to meet customer requirements, ensuring first-class service standards.
• Attend customer sites/premises and deliver SLA service to fleet.
• Complete job cards and fleet inspections, adhering to company standards.
• Respond to roadside breakdowns while upholding health and safety standards, both day and night.
• Maintain the van and all issued equipment to the highest standards.

Who TruckForce is Looking For:

• A candidate with a recognized qualification in Tyre Fitting (Bus, Truck & Coach and Roadside Breakdown) is preferred.
• Individuals eager to enter the industry with a passion for tyre fitting and excellent customer service. Training will be provided to achieve a City and Guilds qualification.
• A full valid UK driving license is essential.
• Comfortable using electronic devices, such as tablets and computers.
• Experience in customer interactions, both face-to-face and via telephone/email.
• Able to manage and prioritize workload effectively.
• Diligent, with a strong focus on health and safety.
• A motivated individual capable of working both as part of a team and independently.
