Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example to ensure every customer experience is exceptional.
• Provide expert guidance on health and wellbeing.
• Analyse sales and wastage and report to senior management.
• Manage stock to ensure optimal inventory levels.
• Train new starters and foster an environment of growth.
• Collaborate with the team for operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement through feedback analysis.
• Maintain high food hygiene standards and enforce safety guidelines.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• A qualification in Nutrition or related field.
• Passion for food, health, and well-being with leadership experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
