Salary: £27,105 per annum

Shift and Schedule

• Working Patterns: Between 4am and 10pm
• Shift patterns: 4 days between Monday and Sunday
• Overtime available
• Day shift

Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with surrounding businesses.
• Driving performance and improvement alongside general management duties.
• Monitoring and implementing best practices around legal and regulatory standards.
• Positive people management, including rostering and coaching.
• Providing support with processing foreign exchange transactions accurately.
• Adapting to work under pressure during peak seasons.
• Effectively communicating with both customers and colleagues.

What do you need to have?

• Formal HR process experience including return to works and investigations.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and listening.
• Desire to succeed and make a difference.
• Sales experience to drive team success using KPIs.
