Transport Manager

Overview

Wycliffe College is seeking a Transport Manager to join eTeach UK Limited's Operations Team. As Transport Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily transport operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of eTeach UK Limited's pupils and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating daily school bus routes, trips, and extracurricular transport schedules
• Supervising and managing drivers and transport staff
• Overseeing vehicle maintenance and safety checks
• Ensuring compliance with all transport regulations and school safeguarding policies
• Acting as the point of contact for parents, addressing transport-related inquiries and concerns

What eTeach UK Limited’re Looking For

• Previous experience of managing staff
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A practical problem solver
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain high standards of safety and service

Terms of Appointment

37.5 hours per week, all-year-round from Monday to Friday. There is also a requirement to work on call to support out-of-hours.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £32,000 per annum
