Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective History lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
• Foster a supportive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help students achieve their full potential.
• Contribute to curriculum development within the History department, ensuring lessons are in line with the national curriculum.
• Utilize a range of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning needs and styles.
