Temporary Staffing Administrator

Overview

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is looking to expand Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's friendly and successful nursebank team and are currently recruiting for a Temporary Staffing Administrator, based in Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital.

Job Overview

In Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's busy environment, you will be part of a team acting as the first point of contact via phone and email for booking bank shifts and addressing a variety of queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient and professional temporary staffing service to both existing and new bank staff, and Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's clinical and management teams.
• Support frontline clinical teams by covering vacant shifts with bank and agency workers.
• Accurately record information onto Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust's systems.
• Handle a wide range of queries and enquiries with excellent customer service skills.
• Work under your own initiative and as part of a team.

Work Schedule

You should be available to work full-time, including:

• One shift from 11am to 7pm per week.
• One Sunday a month from 8am to 4pm.

Education and Experience Requirements

Ideally, you should have experience working in a fast-paced office environment, along with excellent IT and organisational skills.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata. Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is happy to talk about flexible working arrangements; all requests for flexible and part-time working will be considered.
