User Experience Designer

Overview

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust're looking to recruit an accomplished and skilled user experience designer to join the Trust's newly established user insight and experience design team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust's user experience strategy, focusing on shaping user involvement, user research, and co-design approaches to support healthcare service design.

Responsibilities

• Project manage, coordinate, and deliver priority user research and co-design projects.
• Provide guidance and support across the organisation to ensure best practice in user research.
• Design and deliver user-led improvements for priority projects.

Skills and Experience

• Creative with strong graphic design skills.
• Ability to develop prototypes and present designs effectively.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Confidence in presenting and facilitating meetings.
