Klan G ltd is seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join Klan G ltd's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to manage deliveries in a timely manner. The Van Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring that Klan G ltd's operations run smoothly and that Klan G ltd's clients receive their orders as expected.

Duties

• Safely operate a van to deliver goods to various locations.
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
• Perform heavy lifting as required, adhering to safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, locations, and any discrepancies.
• Conduct routine checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Van Driver or in a similar role, preferably with commercial driving experience.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and manage physical tasks associated with loading and unloading goods.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Familiarity with delivery routes and local traffic regulations.
• Experience in warehouse operations is advantageous.
• A valid driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle being driven is essential.
