The warehouse department is fast-paced and forms an essential part of the depot in delivering the right products to Best Food Logistics's customers on time.

As a Warehouse Cleaner, you will ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy in accordance with Cleaning Schedules, Health and Safety, and Food Hygiene regulations.

Following the cleaning schedules, you will perform cleaning duties ensuring compliance with Health and Safety within the workplace. You must be aware of and comply with all requirements of the Health and Safety policy and procedure, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment and maintaining clear fire exits and escape routes. You must conform to all manual handling equipment procedures at all times, reporting all MHE defects/damages on the correct form, and comply with relevant legislation involved in Food Safety and Food Hygiene.

While no specific warehouse experience is required, you will be accustomed to working to targets and have an accurate and methodical approach to your work. You should have basic numeracy and literacy skills and be physically fit. You will be a good team player who supports Best Food Logistics's company values. Knowledge of Food Hygiene and experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
