Typical Shifts

Shifts are from 8:00pm - 8:00am, worked on a rota, including every other weekend for one shift a week.

Role Overview

As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you will help individuals gain independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team. Voyage Care's residential service in Titchfield offers a welcoming environment, ensuring that no two days are the same. You’ll enhance lives by teaching new life skills, assisting with personal care and medication, conducting night checks as required, and performing light domestic duties throughout the night.
