Summary
Typical Shifts are 9:00pm - 7:00am worked on a rota to include every other weekend.

Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker, you will help individuals to gain more independence in their daily lives while working within a dynamic team to support people in Voyage Care's care. Your duties will include:
- Teaching new life skills
- Assisting with personal care
- Completing night check-ins
- Administering medication
- Performing light domestic tasks throughout the night
Skills and Experience
Voyage Care’re looking for resilient, flexible, and composed Support Workers with experience in working with individuals with autism, learning difficulties, and complex mental health needs. Previous experience in this field is a plus, but more importantly, Voyage Care value the right attitude and approach to care.
