Warehouse Operative

Overview

Harrods is looking for a hard-working and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join the KB Distribution team. Your role will be vital in ensuring that all daily tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and accurately. You will provide support for the management team and colleagues to meet the required service standards.

About You

You will be someone who can adhere to daily operational activities, reporting any issues to Team Leaders or managers while performing all operational tasks within Harrods's consolidating area. Your responsibilities will include:

• Checking and putting away stock
• Picking customer deliveries
• Picking deliveries for stock to be returned to the shop floor
• Repacking deliveries
• Palletising totes
• Wrapping pallets
• Carrying out other tasks to support the entire operation of the department

You will also support the returns area by processing customer returns, raising queries and requests to relevant parties, picking deliveries back to departments, and performing various other administrative and operational activities. Maintaining housekeeping and health and safety standards is essential.
