All sounding good so far? Fantastic! Here's an idea of some of the responsibilities you will have on a daily basis

Manage a team of managers on a daily basis, completing one to ones, performance reviews and managing development and performance
Deputise for the Service Centre Manager in their absence
Ensure labour costs are in line with budget
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures through audits and pre-determined KPIs
Ensure all aspects of customer care are maintained to achieve customer satisfaction
Ensure all departments within the warehouse meet all H&S requirements and everyone is aware of their responsibilities.

About You

Here’s the kind of person that would fit us best:

Proven track record in designing and delivering projects to develop Warehouse operations.
Proven ability to engage and motivate teams within a fast paced and demanding environment
Able to manage effectively within a set budget
Experience of working in a regulated environment
Previous experience as an operations manager or warehouse manager would be extremely advantageous
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of computer literacy with specific focus on Microsoft Packages and Warehouse Management Systems.

Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time as well as carrying out manual handling activities in line with our Health and Safety standards.
