What is a Warehouse Team Leader?
The Warehouse Team Leader is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations in accordance with company policies, ensuring the smooth running of the supply chain, and supporting internal customers under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager/Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Update and print the production/packing/co-man plan.
- Complete tasks assigned by the supervisor/Warehouse Manager efficiently.
- Deliver jobs on time while maintaining quality standards.
- Control daily warehouse activities and manage staff and contractors.
- Enforce company safety rules and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Liaise with planning and quality departments regarding operations.
- Responsible for training your team and ensuring weekend coverage.
- Provide daily handovers to other Warehouse shifts.
- Maintain GMP standards in the warehouse area.
- Handle booking of deliveries and manage agency working hours.

What to Expect:
The post holder will manage warehouse operations and ensure efficient performance by staff while adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years team leader experience.
- FLT licenses - both reach and counterbalance.
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience.
- Knowledgeable in health & safety and GMP.
- Good Excel skills and system experience.
- Able to work independently and prioritize workload effectively.
