Job Overview

The Landmark London is currently looking for a passionate Waiter to join The Landmark London's Great Central Pub on a casual basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to The Landmark London's guests and each other. It is important to The Landmark London that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support The Landmark London's happy and fun environment, as The Landmark London strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where The Landmark London care about careers and not just jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant.
• Participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up-to-date knowledge of products.
• Be attentive to all guests and ensure that special requests are delivered.
• Work closely with the Waiter, Outlet’s Supervisor, and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
• Be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all F&B Areas in the Hotel and communicate them to guests when appropriate.
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Outlet’s Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure The Landmark London's guests receive efficient service.

Working Hours

You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs; just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
